 In my perceptions, I am a descriptivist. I think meanings are more important it prescribed the unchanging grammar rules. It focuses only those rules prescribe what is right and wrong. It is often adhered to out the sense of obligations and superiority. It would be facilitated between specific age groups or Circles with different ethnic language background from diverse culture.

a.       It is a word or a part of a word that has meaning.

b.      It cannot be divided into smaller meaningful segments without changing its meaning.

c.       It has relatively the same stable meaning in different verbal environment.

 For Example:  Changing Rat to Rats can change the whole meaning of a given sentence where that noun is used.

  “Teachers that work too hard are the ones that burnout”   I disagree with the assumption, “Teachers that work too hard are the ones that burn out”. In my opinion, the problem is not about working too much it is about not knowing how to set work- boundaries. If a teacher works in isolation they will burnout. However, if they choose to work too hard, but smart they will not. Teacher burnout is caused by different factors like low social support, no work-life balance, and the amount of workload, etc. Working too hard is not a bad thing don’t get me wrong.
